By accessing or using the platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use.
Users must provide accurate and complete information during registration. Login credentials are personal and confidential. Account sharing is strictly prohibited.
Access to the platform is restricted to registered users who have completed their enrollment. ALPLATFORMS reserves the right to suspend or terminate access in case of violation of these Terms.
Enrollment in a training program is validated only after:
ALPLATFORMS reserves the right to refuse any enrollment.
All prices are displayed in Tunisian Dinars (TND). Payment is made via bank transfer, bank card, or any other payment method made available on the platform. Access to the training is granted only after payment confirmation.
Access to each training program is granted for the duration specified on the program page at the time of enrollment. This period starts from the official training start date. At the end of this period, access to the platform and its content is automatically deactivated. Session replays remain available during the access period.
A refund may be granted only if the request is made before the training starts. In this case, 80% of the amount paid will be refunded, and the remaining 20% will be retained as administrative fees. Refunds are processed via bank transfer within a maximum of 30 days.
If the student fully commits to the journey — by attending all sessions, completing the required work, applying the mentor's guidance, and staying engaged until the end — and still feels that the program did not meet their expectations, they may request a refund under our "Satisfied or Refunded" guarantee.
Absence from live sessions does not entitle the student to replacement sessions. Replays remain available during the access period.
Any payment delay results in temporary suspension of access to the platform until the situation is regularized. Missed sessions during this period are not recoverable.

ALPLATFORMS reserves the right to remove any participant in case of misconduct.
All educational content (videos, documents, replays, exercises, projects) is the exclusive property of ALPLATFORMS. Any reproduction, distribution, sharing, or resale is strictly prohibited.
ALPLATFORMS undertakes to provide the necessary educational resources to deliver the training programs. ALPLATFORMS does not guarantee employment or specific career outcomes after completing a training.

These Terms are governed by Tunisian law. Any dispute falls under the jurisdiction of the courts of Sousse.
